1. Eligibility for Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to report any issues or request a return or refund.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Certain items, such as personalized or intimate products, may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, item damaged upon arrival), we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or other reasons not due to our error, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and specify that you would like an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping costs if needed.
